甲状腺功能减退并发心肌心包疾病在儿童尚属少见,现将我院收治1例报告如下。病例报告李×,女,16岁,住院号1972。患者于6年前开始感畏寒、乏力,面色萎黄。近3年来易疲劳,体型发胖,似有浮肿。于入院前3天因咯血数口,胸透示心脏扩大,以心包积液于1982年3月9日入院。检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏80次/分,血压96/80,发育稍差。行动迟钝,表情淡漠,言语粗沉。贫血
Hypothyroidism complicated with myocardial pericardial disease is still rare in children, now admitted to our hospital 1 case reported as follows. Case report Li ×, female, 16 years old, hospital number 1972. 6 years ago, patients began to feel chills, weakness, pale complexion. Over the past three years easy to fatigue, body fat, it seems swollen. 3 days before admission because of the number of mouth haemoptysis, thoracic show enlarged heart to pericardial effusion in March 9, 1982 admission. Check: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 80 beats / min, blood pressure 96/80, slightly less developed. Slow-acting, indifferent expression, speechless. anemia
