工程管理简要描述就是为了保障建筑工程施工进度和建筑施工质量,促使建筑工程项目的目标达成,进而做出周密的安排与详细的计划。而建筑工程管理与企业良好的信誉以及投资的经济效应等方面密切相关。采取现代化合理的管理模式,积极促进建筑企业的进步和发展。本文先简要描述我国建筑管理的现状,结合实际情况分析存在的问题进行并进行探究,最后结合实际情况提出几点优化改进措施,为今后建筑工程管理工作的开展和实施提供有益的参考价值。
