随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人力资源管理在单位的运转和发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,而人事档案管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,为人力资源管理提供信息参考,在人力资源决策工作中的作用不容忽视。在这样的背景下,本文首先重新界定了新时期人事档案管理的功能,阐述了当前加强人事档案管理的必要性,并讨论在新的历史时期应当如何加强人事档案管理。
