随着浦东经济不断快速发展,“农村城市化,农民市民化”进程在不断加快,社区作为社会最基层的单位已在浦东占了很大的比重。抓好社区党建工作,加强对党员的教育与管理,加强党的基层组织建设,巩固党的执政地位也成为迫切需要。浦东区按照胡锦涛总书记“以服务群众为重点,构建社区党建工作新格局”的指示要求,开拓创新,在社区党建工作的组织机制、工作机制、工作方法等方面作了大胆探索,取得成功经验,形成了社区党建工作新格局,值得学习和借鉴。
With the continuous and rapid economic development in Pudong, the process of “urbanization of rural areas and urbanization of peasants” has been accelerating. The community as the grass-roots unit of the community has accounted for a large proportion of Pudong. It is also an urgent need to grasp the party building in the community, strengthen the education and management of party members, strengthen the building of grassroots organizations and consolidate the party’s ruling position. In accordance with the instructions of General Secretary Hu Jintao, “Serving the masses and building a new pattern of party-building work in the community”, Pudong District boldly explored and made innovations in the organizational mechanism, working mechanism and working methods of party-building in the community. Successful experience has formed a new pattern of party building in the community and is worth learning from.
