我国的老年大学,是在特定的历史条件下诞生的新生事物,它是一种特殊形式的新型学校。正因为这种特殊性,对它的管理不同于现行全日制高等院校的模式,不宜实行校长负责制,只宜实行民主管理,并使民主管理由校内向校外延伸,渗透到各个方位和各个层面,以保证老年大学沿着正确的方向健康稳定发展。
The older university in our country is a newborn born under the specific historical conditions. It is a special type of new school. It is precisely because of this particularity that its management is different from that of the existing full-time colleges and universities. It is not appropriate to implement the principal responsibility system. Only democratic management should be practiced, and democratic management should be extended from the school to the university to infiltrate every direction and each Level, in order to ensure that older university healthily and steadily develop in the right direction.
