教育家蒙台梭利说过:“教育就是激发生命,充实生命,协助孩子们用自己的力量生存下去,并帮助他们发展这种精神。”成长中的孩子,在他们身上每时每刻都会发生变化,有时这种变化是截然相反的,孩子是变化发展的,我们教师的观念要跟得上孩子的变化发展。有人认为:“那些后进生是生成的眉毛长出的像,落后面貌变不了样,班主任再怎么努力也是瞎子点灯——白费蜡”。我却不这样认为,关键是采取什么方法,用什么样的态度去做转化工作。
