党的领导是国有企业的政治优势,这是通过实践检验不争的事实。然而,开展党建工作对于国有企业改革发展起到的作用则千差万别,即使在同一个企业中不同的单位也会呈现很大的差异性,工作效果和岗位价值体现会截然不同。为什么会产生这种差异,为什么党建工作对推进企业生产经营这个“中心”任务起到的作用大小不同,由此就会带来党建工作的地位、诚信度和信任度的不同呢?笔者认为,除了受社会环境和企业现状的影响外,关键是对党建工作如何融入“中心”的路径方法认识模糊造成的。结合在九局公司多年从事党建工作的实践经验、总结思考,笔者在此作一点探讨。
The leadership of the party is the political superiority of the state-owned enterprises. This is an indisputable fact tested by practice. However, the role of Party building in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises is vastly different. Even in different enterprises within the same enterprise, there will be great differences in performance and job value. Why did such differences arise and why the party building work played a different role in advancing the “center ” task of enterprise production and management, thereby bringing about differences in the status of party building work, honesty and trust? He believes that, except under the influence of the social environment and the status quo of the enterprises, the crux is caused by the vague understanding of the ways and means of how to integrate the party building into the “center.” Combining the practical experiences of the nine innings companies engaged in Party building work for many years, summed up thinking, the author made a point of this discussion.
