气相色谱法测定有机硅化合物中的痕量氟是60年代末发展起来的,1967年Bock和Semmer用三乙基氯硅烷等有机硅化合物萃取,用半饱和NaHCO_3反萃测定氟,并建议可用GC法直接测定三乙基氟硅烷,1968年Fressen等用气相色谱法测定氟,近20年来,气相色谱法测定氟在环境监测、卫生防疫等方面得到应用。 在我国气相色谱测氟方面的工作至今未见报道:最近一种新的衍生化试剂六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDSA)被用于氟的分离浓缩上,本文对用HMDSA作为衍生化试剂,GC法测定痕量氟作进一步的探讨。
Determination of traces of fluorine in organosilicon compounds by gas chromatography was developed in the late 1960s. In 1967, Bock and Semmer were extracted with organosilicon compounds such as triethylchlorosilane. The fluorine was determined by back-extraction with half-saturated NaHCO 3 and suggested GC Direct Determination of Triethyl Fluorosilane, 1968 Fressen and other determination of fluorine by gas chromatography, the past 20 years, the determination of fluorine by gas chromatography in environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention and other applications. In our country, there is no report on the work of measuring fluorine in gas chromatography. Recently, a new derivatization reagent, hexamethyldisilazane (HMDSA), was used for the separation and concentration of fluorine. In this paper, HMDSA was used as a derivatization reagent, Determination of trace fluorine by GC method for further discussion.
