目的观察胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的致纤维化作用。方法采用免疫组化技术观察了染尘后不同时期兔肺组织IGF-1表达水平和支气管肺泡灌洗术(BAL)对肺纤维化的影响。结果染尘后180 d实验动物组肺组织IGF-1表达强度显著高于染尘后90 d实验动物组(P<0.01),肺灌洗组实验动物肺组织IGF-1表达强度及肺纤维化程度明显轻于未灌洗实验动物组。结论IGF-1在矽肺纤维化形成及维持过程中发挥着重要作用,BAL可能具有抑制肺纤维化进程的作用。
Objective To observe the fibrogenic effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) on the expression of IGF-1 in lung tissue and lung fibrosis of rabbits at different stages after the exposure to dust. Results The expression of IGF-1 in lung tissue of experimental animals at 180 d after dying was significantly higher than that in experimental animals at 90 d after dying (P <0.01). The expression of IGF-1 in lung tissue of lung lavage group and pulmonary fibrosis The degree was significantly lighter than the non-lavage experimental animal group. Conclusion IGF-1 plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of silicotic fibrosis. BAL may have an inhibitory effect on the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
