1 1994年全国沙棘开发利用事业取得的主要成绩 在党的十四届三中全会关于社会主义市场经济理论指导下,全国沙棘开发利用事业,在各级领导的关怀下,经过许多热爱沙棘工作同志的辛勤努力,在困难的工作条件下,发扬坚韧不拔和艰苦奋斗的精神,取得一定成绩。各有关单位在水利部沙棘协调办公室的组织、协调下,团结协作,充分发挥出沙棘为民造福、为国分忧的潜在功能。在过去的1994年中,沙棘为“三北”地区改善生态环境和山区人民脱贫致富贡献出了应有的生态、经济和社会效益,主要表现在以下几方面。
