目的:研究扩大的前列腺囊(EPU)内结石组成、形态和结构。方法:36枚EPU结石均取自1992~2011年本中心收治的11例经尿道电切EPU开窗术的患者。对结石采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析法(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析法(FTIS)进行分析。结果:通过SEM观察,所有EPU结石均由许多密集分布的微晶体和无定形基质组成。通过XRD和FTIS分析,36枚EPU结石都是羟基磷灰石晶体。结论:EPU结石属于假性前列腺结石。EPU结石不是由于尿液成分的异常变化而形成的,而是由于不断分泌、吸收而浓缩的EPU分泌液及EPU腔内脱落的上皮细胞形成。
OBJECTIVE: To study the composition, morphology and structure of stones in an enlarged prostatic capsule (EPU). Methods: Thirty-six EPU stones were obtained from 11 cases of transurethral resection of ureteropexy (EPU) fenestration in our center from 1992 to 2011. The stones were analyzed by SEM, XRD and FTIS. Results: All EPU stones were composed of many densely distributed microcrystals and amorphous matrix by SEM. By XRD and FTIS analysis, 36 EPU stones are hydroxyapatite crystals. Conclusion: EPU stones belong to pseudo prostate stone. EPU stone is not due to abnormal changes in the composition of urine formed, but due to continuous secretion, absorption and concentration of EPU secretions and epithelial cells shed EPU cavity formation.
