在低碳经济和全域旅游背景下,浙西地区文化旅游产业已经逐渐成为经济发展的中坚力量,对区域经济发展升级和结构转型有着重要战略意义.本文遵循科学、有效性原则,构建了文化旅游产业竞争力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对浙西地区文化旅游产业竞争力进行了分析,认为浙西地区文化旅游产业虽取得了良好发展,但在产业基础、产业吸引、产业环境等方面还存在较大提升空间.

为了对不同改性沥青高低温流变性能进行对比研究,以更加全面有效地评价沥青的流变特性,基于流变学和黏弹性理论,通过动态剪切流变仪对不同改性沥青进行温度扫描和频率扫描,获取相关黏弹性参数,探究同一频率不同温度和同一温度不同加载频率两种模式下沥青黏弹性参数的变化,分别从沥青温度依赖性和时间依赖性两个角度分析不同改性沥青的高温性能;通过弯曲梁流变试验,获取不同改性沥青的蠕变劲度和蠕变速率,拟合计算蠕变劲度指数,以分析不同改性沥青的低温性能.结果表明:随着温度的升高,PE改性沥青和SBS改性沥青的高温抵抗永久变形能力
为了评价在不同温度水平和受力模式下拌和用水量和养生时间对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响,分别采用马歇尔稳定度试验、劈裂强度试验和半圆弯曲试验进行测试,通过统计学方法对各主要影响因素进行显著性分析,并揭示再生料强度形成和发展的微观机理.结果表明:拌和用水量和养生时间对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能均有显著影响,特别是在高温和常温条件下影响尤为明显;当拌和用水量为最佳含水量的80%时,再生料的高温强度、常温抗拉性能、水稳定性和低温抗弯拉性能均达到最优;在养生期前3天内再生料的马歇尔稳定度和干、湿劈裂强度均
