根据有关资料介绍,铜—新亚铜灵络阳离子,在pH5.7与甲基橙反应,形成三元络合物(1:2:1),被氯仿萃取,其摩尔吸光系数ε_(420)=3.05×10~4,我们进行了该方法的条件试验,拟定了钢铁中铜的测定,取得了较满意的结果。 在试验中,我们发现用新亚铜灵乙醇溶液时,空白吸光度将随试剂溶液用量的增加而上升,特别是当夏天室温较高时,甲基橙在有机相中的溶解度很大,因此,为获得良好的测定结果,必须控制试剂加入量和萃取时间,严格一致,这给操作带来一定困难,而用新亚铜灵稀盐酸溶液,pH在4.7以上,甲基橙基本上不进入有机相,但必须增加萃取时间至2分钟,才能萃取完全。
