在毛泽东思想的光辉照耀下,在厂党委的直接领导下,我们自去年12月份着手锅炉烟道灰除尘革新。回顾我厂10吨/时锅炉于一九六五年投入生产运转,开始锅炉的蒸发量在10—11吨/时,烟道灰通过旋风除尘装置尚能回收。但随着生产的发展,蒸气的需用量增大,10吨/时锅炉超负荷运行,一般超载40—45%,有时超载80%以上,锅炉的出汽量增加,投入炉膛的原煤大大增加。因此,必须加大送风量和收风量,于是原来的旋风除尘装置除尘效果
