1990年9月上旬,安仁县第一中学出现大批腹泻病人,据临床特点、实验诊断和流行病学分析,确认本次流行系井水污染导致B群(福氏型)菌痢暴发流行。1 流行强度 该校6个年级,21个班,1200名学生,134名教师,家属87人。1990年8月28日～9月13日流行17天。各班均有病例发生,4～17人不等,共计174例,发病率14.5％,无死亡。教师及家属发病13人,发病率5.88％,亦无死亡,全校总计发病187例,罹患率12.24％。
