近年来，正定县不断强化大学生村官管理工作，通过完善制度措施、深化教育培训、注重岗位锻炼，引导大学生村官零距离接触群众、全方位服务百姓，着力培养群众满意的大学生村官。在今年的农村“两委”换届选举中，全县共有28名大学生村官成功当选村“两委”干部。
