美空军Wright实验室于1997年10月开始实施单脉冲角度干扰综合对抗(MAJIC)计划,要求企业界提供实施方案,以对抗某些防空和跟踪雷达,达到阻止导弹发射的目的。众所周知,与机上或吊舱对抗设备相对应的拖曳式诱饵,可有效地对抗处于攻击最终状态的单脉冲雷达制导导弹,此时弹上导引头正快速接近它欲攻击的目标。然而拖曳式诱饵系统的不足在于它不能“保持住攻击中的导弹”,或者,地基雷达由于存在干扰,不能精确捕获或跟踪飞机目标,从而中止向迷盲中的导弹发射(信号)。
The Wright Laboratory of the U.S. Air Force began implementing the Single Pulse Angular Interference Aggregation (MAJIC) program in October 1997 and demanded that the business community provide an implementation plan against certain air defense and tracking radars to prevent missile launches. It is well-known that the drag bait, which corresponds to an on-board or pod-confrontation device, can effectively counter a monopulse radar-guided missile in the final state of the attack while the seeker is approaching the target it is attacking fast. However, the drawback of the towed bait system is that it can not “hold the attacking missiles” or that ground-based radars can not launch (signal) missiles in the blinded due to interference that can not accurately capture or track the aircraft targets.
