伴随着电子系统功能多元化、结构小型化的发展趋势,开关电源被越来越多地要求在满足体积的条件下能够实现多路输出,以满足系统应用需求。分析过往已经存在的电源,虽然能满足小型化的需求,但功率小,输出路数少;反之,满足了功率、多路输出等需求,但体积又十分庞大,没有兼顾体积和性能两方面的要素。鉴于此,本文基于TI公司的TPS40055PWP控制器及LMZ14203单片电源,介绍了一种多路非隔离DC/DC变换器模块电路的工作原理及设计方法,论述了该型电源模块的优点,重点阐述了其在研制过程中的技术难点及相应的解决办法。最后,采用该方案设计了一款实验电路。仿真和实验电路测试结果表明,分析设计满足要求。
With the development of diversified functions and miniaturization of electronic systems, switched-mode power supplies are increasingly required to achieve multiple outputs under the condition of satisfying the volume to meet the needs of system applications. Finally, an experimental circuit has been designed using this scheme. Simulation and experimental circuit test results show that the analysis and design to meet the requirements.
