本文对骨痹贴传统剂型的铅硬膏和改制后的新剂型巴布剂的止痛效果进行了实验研究。结果表明:新剂型对化学刺激致痛抑制率为68.4%,铅硬膏剂型为54.8%,对照组为34.2%,新剂型对热致痛在36小时内各测定时间的抑制率均有明显提高,且高于铅硬膏。上述两项指标新剂型优于骨质增生一贴灵、关节镇痛膏等几种市售同类产品。剂型改进后,克服了黑膏药患者不易接受,污染衣服,使用不便等缺点,具有药效迅速,贴着舒适,皮肤过敏少等特点,便于临床推广应用。
In this paper, experimental studies were conducted on the analgesic effects of traditional plaster-type lead paste and modified new-type cataplasm. The results showed that the inhibition rate of the new formulation against chemical stimuli was 68.4%, that of lead plaster was 54.8%, that of the control group was 34.2%, and that the new formulation inhibited the thermal pain within 36 hours.
