目的探讨院感专职人员跟班督导管理提高CT室医院感染质量的效果。方法院感专职人员在CT室跟班督导2周,边跟班边检查考核医技护人员,同时查看CT室医院感染制度、流程、监测资料等;找出CT室存在的问题,并进行反馈、分析、采取有效措施进行整改;以后每月随机跟班督导1周。结果整改前(2012年)和整改后(2013年)不同季度医务人员院感知识达标率、CT室细菌菌落数、不同时机手卫生执行率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论院感科专职人员跟班督导可以提高CT室医院感染达标率,减少CT室医院感染发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of hospital-based full-time staffs in keeping with the supervisor in class on improving the quality of hospital infection in CT room. Methods A full-time hospital staff in the CT room to follow the supervision of 2 weeks, while checking with the class examination of medical and nursing staff, while looking at the CT room hospital infection system, processes, monitoring data; CT room to find out the problems and feedback, analysis , Take effective measures to rectify; after each month with a random supervision of 1 week. Results Before the rectification (2012) and after rectification (2013), the compliance rate of hospital staff awareness, the number of bacterial colonies in CT room and the implementation rate of hand hygiene at different time were significantly different (P <0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion Narcotics specialists and supervisors can improve the compliance rate of nosocomial infection in CT room and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in CT room.
