目前,用人单位与劳动者之间有关劳动报酬的争议有上升趋势,其中一个重要原因就是用人单位对与工资相关的法律、法规不甚了解,总认为工资多少由用人单位说了算。其实,为了保护劳动者的合法权益,我国法律、法规对劳动者各个时期的工资作出了明确的规定:试用工资:所谓试用期是指用人单位和劳动者互相了解、选择而约定的不超过6个月的考察期。试用期的长短取决于劳动合同的总期限,劳动合同期限在6个月以内的,试用期不得超过15日;劳动合同期限在6个月以上1年以内的,试用期不得超过60日;劳动合同期限在2年以上
