由自制的乙酸乙烯酯 -甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 -甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯大孔共聚物与氨水反应 ,实现了环氧基的开环反应。考查了不同的氨水浓度、反应温度和时间对胺化转化率的影响 ,并测定了形成的伯胺基的 pKa 值为 6 .9。开环反应最适条件为 :每克干树脂加入 1 .3mL的 1 3mol/L的氨水 6 0℃反应 3h以上 ,转化率达到 6 0 %。
The self-made vinyl acetate-glycidyl methacrylate-allyl methacrylate macroporous copolymer reacted with ammonia to achieve the ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups. The effect of different ammonia concentrations, reaction temperature and time on the aminated conversion was examined and the pKa value of the formed primary amine was determined to be 6.9. The optimum conditions for the ring-opening reaction were as follows: 1.3 mL of 1 3 mol / L ammonia solution per gram of dry resin was added and the reaction was carried out at 0 ° C. for 3 h, and the conversion rate reached 60%.
