利用T淋巴细胞中含有酯酶,而B淋巴细胞不含酯酶的特点,区分T细胞与B细胞的检验方法已应用于临床。为了了解T细胞、B细胞、单核细胞在酯酶染色中的状况,作者对35名健康人和9名恶性淋巴癌及其类似疾病病人的血片,以及E玫瑰花试验后的和EAC玫瑰花试验后的淋巴细胞,涂片进行了酯酶染色的结果观察。方法系采用了Horwitz的染色法。作者特别指出,这一方法是在pH6.1偏酸的环境下进行的。其染色结果是:E玫瑰花试验阳性的淋巴细胞在α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色中,可见到褐色颗粒,为ANAE阳性;而E玫瑰花试验阴性淋巴细胞无褐色颗粒,为ANAE阴性;EAC玫瑰花试验阳性的淋巴细胞,ANAE为阴性;能形成EAC玫瑰花的单核细胞,在ANAE染色中呈弥散性强阳性反应;中性粒细胞呈阴性反应。作者更
