在碱性溶液中 ,盐酸麻黄素与硫酸铜生成蓝紫色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 60 1 .2 nm。且 D-型盐酸伪麻黄素显色灵敏度大于 L-型。标准曲线绘制表明 ,显色线性范围为 0 .5~ 3 mg/ ml。三批 D-盐酸伪麻黄素回收率分别为 98.54%± 3 .3 2 %、99.54%± 2 .3 6%及 1 0 1 .4 9%± 1 .2 1 % ;三批 L-盐酸麻黄素回收率分别为 98.55%± 1 .3 2 %、1 0 1 .53 %± 1 .3 9%及 1 0 0 .2 7%± 1 .69% ,表明本测定法准确性与稳定性良好。酶工程技术制备的三批 L-盐酸麻黄素测定结果 ,其含量分别为 1 0 1 .4 0 %、98.3 0 %及 1 0 3 .1 8%。该法除用于测定药用麻黄素外 ,尤其适用于化学合成及麻黄草抽提液中麻黄素及其盐类的定性定量分析。
