传统观点大多认为,社会中介组织是专业分工的必然要求,是市场经济发展的必然产物。同时也指出我国市场经济体制发育、成长的过程,也是我国社会中介组织发育、成长的过程。它从经济生活的角度指出了社会中介组织的某些特征,具有特定的启迪意义。但是,笔者认为,由于研究视角、时代条件的限制,这种观点存在着一定的片面性。在本文中,笔者认为,伴随着市场经济和民主社会的发展,国家与社会的关系的互动,这一社会组织的内容和形式也将随之变化。对我国的社会中介组织的认识必须立足与国家与社会互动的这个大背景。
Most of traditional viewpoints hold that social intermediary organizations are the inevitable requirements of professional division of labor and the inevitable result of the development of market economy. At the same time, it also points out the process of the development and growth of the market economy system in our country and also the process of the development and growth of the social intermediary organizations in our country. It points out some characteristics of social intermediary organizations from the perspective of economic life and has certain enlightenment significance. However, in my opinion, due to the research perspective and the limitations of the times, there is a certain one-sidedness in this view. In this paper, I believe that with the development of market economy and democratic society, the interaction of state and society, the content and form of this social organization will also change. Our understanding of the social intermediary organizations must be based on this grand background of interaction with the state and the society.
