英公水库一级电站机组运行近20年,电气设备严重老化。电站根据水能参数和机组实际情况,通过详细计算分析,决定对发电机作增容改造,从两个方案对比,选用增加发电机定子和转子线圈导线截面,绝缘采用F级,出力由500kW增至630kW。改造后机组噪音、振动、各部温升均符合要求,投资省、时间短、发电损失少,取得了很好的经济效益。表1个。
