目的通过对1起食用羊睾丸引发布鲁氏菌病疫情的调查分析,探讨食源性布鲁氏菌病的防控措施。方法 2014年2月对该布鲁氏菌病疫情开展流行病学调查,对调查资料进行描述性流行病学分析;同时采集患者、共同就餐者和重点高危人群的血标本,并进行实验室检测。结果该布鲁氏菌病疫情共发现实验室确诊病例1例,共同就餐的其他5人经血清学检测发现1名隐性感染者。结论食用加工不彻底的羊睾丸可引起非职业人群感染布鲁氏菌病,应关注食源性布鲁氏菌病对社会和人群健康的危害。
Objective To investigate the epidemic situation of brucellosis caused by a testis in a sheep and probe into the prevention and control measures of brucellosis. Methods Epidemiological investigation of the brucellosis epidemic was carried out in February 2014, and descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the survey data. Meanwhile, blood samples of patients, co-diners and key high-risk groups were collected and subjected to laboratory tests . Results One brucellosis outbreak was found in the laboratory and one of 5 co-diners found one seronegative serologically. Conclusion Incomplete sheep testicles may cause brucellosis in non-occupational groups, and should pay more attention to the harm of food-borne brucellosis to the society and the population.
