目的为菘蓝优异资源的鉴选及地下部分性状间接选择提供理论基础。方法采用随机区组进行田间试验,结合方差、差异显著性及遗传相关分析方法对三个不同来源菘蓝的主要形态学性状进行统计分析。结果播种后57~87d为菘蓝旺盛生长期;河北种质叶长、叶片数与安徽种质达到显著差异,根长、根粗与吉林种质差异显著;根长与其他性状遗传相关系数从大到小依次为叶片数>根粗>叶长,叶片数与根长遗传相关系数为0.952,叶长与根长遗传相关系数为-0.940。结论河北种质各性状均优于安徽、吉林种质;若以根为目标性状进行高产株系筛选时,应重点考虑叶片数性状,同时兼顾对叶长较适中株系的选择。
Objective To provide the theoretical basis for the identification of excellent resources and the indirect selection of underground characters in Methods Field trials were conducted in randomized blocks. Conclusion All the germplasms in Hebei were superior to those in Anhui and Jilin germplasm. When screening high-yielding strains with root-target traits, we should consider the traits of leaf number well, and take into account the choice of more moderate-length leaves.
