在1月13日召开的全国民航工作会议上,民航局副局长李健代表民航局作了题为《加强体系建设,增强保障能力,努力推动民航安全发展上新水平》的安全工作报告,对2009年的安全工作进行了回顾,提出了2010年安全工作的基本思路和总体目标,明确了实现2010年安全工作目标要着力抓好的七个方面的工作。报告将2010年确定为民航安全体系建设年。
At the National Civil Aviation Work Conference held on January 13, Li Jian, Deputy Director of Civil Aviation Authority, made a safety work report on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority entitled “Strengthening system construction, enhancing security capability and making efforts to promote civil aviation safety to a new level” The safety work in 2009 was reviewed, and the basic ideas and overall objectives of the work on safety in 2010 were put forward. The work on the seven aspects that should be focused on achieving the goal of safety work in 2010 was clearly defined. The report identifies 2010 as the year of civil aviation safety system construction.
