高职教师在项目课程改革中占主体地位,教师参与课程改革的积极性制约着改革的顺利开展。本文从项目课程对教师提出的新要求出发,针对教师参与项目课程改革的现状,提出激励教师参与课程改革的建议。
The higher vocational teachers occupy the dominant position in the project curriculum reform. The enthusiasm of teachers participating in the curriculum reform restricts the smooth implementation of the reform. Based on the new demands of teachers in the project curriculum, aiming at the status quo of teachers participating in the project curriculum reform, this paper puts forward suggestions to encourage teachers to participate in the curriculum reform.
