今年,邮电通信企业实行经营责任制以来,取得了较好的成效,促进了通信生产力的提高,加速了企业改革的进展。为了更好地总结实践经验,解决存在问题,我们组织了这次笔谈会,请参加本刊西安特约通讯员会议的部分同志,就此问题发表意见。
This year, post and telecommunications enterprises have achieved good results since implementing the management responsibility system, promoted the improvement of communication productivity and accelerated the progress of the enterprise reform. In order to better summarize the practical experience and solve the existing problems, we organized this symposium and invited some of the comrades attending our correspondent Xi’an Correspondence Conference to express our opinions on this issue.
