患者,女,22岁,1994年3月7日以心肌炎待查收院.患者既往无药物不良反应史.入院时转氨酶水平正常,入院后开始服用VitC,VitE,VitBco,2片/次,3次/d,肌苷1片/次,2次/d.因有感冒症状,乃给予感冒通1片/次,3次/d.1周后感到嗜睡,乏力,17日取血作肝功能检验,显示转氨酶为71个单位,立即停用感冒通并予保肝治疗.24日复查,除转氨酶降至36单位外,乙肝6项均正常.患
