山东沃华医药科技股份有限公司,是一家具有三百年历史的中成药生产企业,其历史最早可追溯到清朝乾隆年间的万和堂药庄。从一个古老的药庄到今天专注于心脑血管中成药领域的上市公司,沃华医药见证了历史的变迁与科技的巨大变化。2002年,国有企业面临着蜕变,沃华医药成功的进行了资产与管理的双向改革。随着2007年1月24日公司股票正式在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市,成为潍坊市首家上市的医药企业。
Shandong Wah Wah Medical Technology Co., Ltd., is a three hundred-year history of proprietary Chinese medicine manufacturers, its history can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty Qianlong years Wanhe Tang Pharmacy. From an ancient pharmacy to today’s listed company specializing in cardiovascular and proprietary Chinese medicines, Wah Wah Medicine has witnessed the historical changes and dramatic changes in technology. In 2002, state-owned enterprises were undergoing transformation and Wo Wah Pharmaceutical successfully conducted a two-way reform of assets and management. With the January 24, 2007 the company’s shares officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, became the first listed Weifang pharmaceutical companies.
