目的 研究胰岛素抵抗、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]与缺血性脑血管病之间的关系。方法 选取脑梗死不同阶段的病人作为研究对象,测定各项血脂成分、胰岛素、血糖及Lp(a)等指标,以空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素乘积的倒数作为胰岛素敏感指数与对照组比较。结果 在脑梗死的不同时期有显著性差异,且胰岛素抵抗与高Lp(a)血症之间并无相关。结论 在脑梗死发病的过程中胰岛素抵抗和高Lp(a)血症是同时存在且相互独立的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance, lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)] and ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The patients with different stages of cerebral infarction were selected as the research object. The indexes of serum lipids, insulin, blood glucose and Lp (a) were determined. The reciprocal of product of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin was used as the index of insulin sensitivity compared with the control group. The results showed significant differences at different stages of cerebral infarction, and there was no correlation between insulin resistance and high Lp (a) hyperlipidemia. Conclusions Insulin resistance and high Lp (a) hyperlipidemia are both concurrent and independent risk factors in the process of cerebral infarction.
