幼儿园的日常管理是幼儿园教学的基础工作,由于该阶段教育的特殊性,需要对幼儿进行密切的关注。幼儿园不仅是幼儿学习的场所,也是进行游戏甚至生活的主要场所,作为幼儿班级的管理者,对幼儿的教育和管理担负着很大的责任。幼儿班级管理的日常事务比较零散,但是每一件事情都需要幼儿教师投入非常多的精力和时间去处理。针对如何在新时期对幼儿班级展开管理进行了比较细致的探讨。
The daily management of kindergarten is the basic work of kindergarten teaching. Due to the particularity of education at this stage, close attention needs to be paid to young children.
