泌尿系统结石症在我国是一个比较常见的疾病,在西南多山地区,华东沿海以及江苏、山东等地区都有很多的患者,因此这是一个相当普遍而严重的问题。产生结石的原因至今尚没有十分满意的解释,因而预防结石的办法也是不完善的,治疗上也有些问题在目前尚不能得到解决,因此我们对於泌尿系统结石症尚应不断的加以注意和研究。我院自1948年以来共收治泌尿系统结石症之患者110例,其中在解放以前收治25例,1949年4月解放以后至1953年底共收治85例(表1)。
Urinary system stone disease is a common disease in our country. It is a very common and serious problem in many mountainous areas in southwest, East China Sea, Jiangsu and Shandong. The causes of stones have not yet been very satisfactory explanation, so the way to prevent stones is imperfect, there are some problems in the treatment can not be resolved, so we should continue to pay attention to and study of urolithiasis . A total of 110 patients with urolithiasis have been treated in our hospital since 1948, of which 25 were admitted before liberation and 85 after the liberation from April 1949 to the end of 1953 (Table 1).
