采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法对西南桦 (BetulaalnoidesBuch .-Ham .ex .D .Don) 6个种源苗期酯酶同工酶 ,11个种源苗期过氧化物同工酶比较分析表明 :西南桦不同种源间在酯酶、过氧化物同工酶谱带数、迁移率 (Rf值 )方面存在差异 ;同一种源内不同个体间在酯酶、过氧化物同工酶谱带数、迁移率 (Rf值 )方面存在明显差异。这一结果进一步表明西南桦在群体、个体上存在广泛遗传变异
The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to determine the isozyme of esterase and peroxidase in seedlings of 6 provenances of Betula alnoides Buch.-Ham. The results showed that there were differences in esterase and peroxidase bands, mobility (Rf value) between different provenances of Betula alnoides. The differences of esterase, peroxidase isoenzymes Band number, mobility (Rf value) there are significant differences. This result further shows that Betula albino has a wide range of genetic variation in populations and individuals
