[目的/意义]通过比较研究ACRL奖励计划与中国图书馆界奖项,提出中国图书馆学会奖励体系构建设想,为我国图书馆界奖励计划的构建与发展提供参考。[方法/过程]调查了ACRL设立的19个奖项,以及中国图书馆学会等11个机构设立的奖项,深入分析ACRL奖项与中国图书馆界奖项的异同点。[结果/结论]提出中国图书馆学会奖励体系构建的总体设计思路:成立奖项管理委员会,加强管理制度建设;组建奖项评审委员会,规范奖项评审工作;适时设立新奖项,完善奖项体系;建立奖项网站,做好奖项相关宣传。
[Purpose / Significance] By comparing the ACRL Award Program with the awards of the Chinese library community, this paper proposes the idea of constructing a reward system for the Chinese Library Society and provides reference for the construction and development of the reward program for the Chinese library community. [Methods / Processes] Investigated 19 awards set up by ACRL and awards set by 11 institutes such as the China Library Association to analyze in-depth the similarities and differences between the ACRL Awards and the Chinese Library Awards. [Results / Conclusion] The overall design idea of constructing the reward system of Chinese Library Society is put forward: setting up the awards management committee, strengthening the construction of the management system; setting up the awards review committee to standardize the awards review; setting up new awards timely and improving the awards system; establishing the awards website , Do prize-related publicity.
