近年来,我国中西部县域香料产业获得了较快的发展,对促进当地经济发展、提高就业率、推动食品工业发展,都起到了十分重要的作用。尽管业绩不俗,但中西部县域香料产业也存在不少问题,主要表现为:科技创新能力不强、产品档次不高、环保压力加大三方面。这都限制了香料产业的进一步发展,业内人士认为只有解决这三个问题,才能有效推动我国中西部地区香料产业的发展,进而促进中西部经济与食品工业的发展。
In recent years, China’s central and western counties spices industry has achieved rapid development, to promote local economic development, increase employment rate, promote the development of food industry, have played a very important role. Despite the impressive performance, there are still many problems in the spices industry in the central and western counties, mainly as follows: weak scientific and technological innovation ability, low product quality and increased environmental pressure. All this limits the further development of the spice industry. The insiders believe that only by solving these three problems can we effectively promote the development of the spice industry in the central and western regions of China and further promote the economic and food industries in the central and western regions.
