目的 :探讨一种以重建桡腕关节的手段治疗先天性桡骨缺如的理想方法。方法 :从 1 986年~ 1 996年采用带血管腓骨小头骨骺移植治疗先天性桡骨缺如患儿 1 5例。松解桡侧挛缩软组织 ,于尺骨弯曲处额状面斜形截骨 ,切取带血管腓骨小头骨骺移植于桡侧 ,重建桡腕关节。结果 :经平均 32个月随访 ,前臂桡偏畸形矫正满意 ,腕关节功能改善 ,移植骨增粗增长。结论 :带血管腓骨小头骨骺移植重建桡腕关节 ,可保持腕关节稳定和一定活动度 ,是治疗先天性桡骨缺如的一种理想方法。
OBJECTIVE: To explore an ideal method for the treatment of congenital radial absence by reconstructing the radiocarpal joint. Methods: From 1986 to 1996, a total of 15 cases of children with congenital radial absence were treated with epiphyseal vascular grafts. Loosen the radial contracture of soft tissue, the frontal surface of the ulna curved bevel osteotomy, cut with the fibula of the fibula epiphysis transplanted to the radial side, the reconstruction of the radial wrist. Results: After a mean follow-up of 32 months, the correction of radial deformity in the forearm was satisfactory, the function of the wrist joint was improved, and the thickness of the graft bone was increased. CONCLUSION: The reconstruction of the radiocarpal joint with vascular fibular head epiphysis can maintain the stability and mobility of the wrist, which is an ideal method for the treatment of congenital radial absence.
