近几年,上海市宝山区实验小学学习陶行知思想,赋予益友制新的内涵,注重开创学校德育特色。重点之一就是真诚邀请家长参与学校的各项活动,家长进校零距离体验丰富多彩的活动,使家长与学校、教师之间的关系更和谐;针对优质家长资源,开展家长了解课程、进课堂活动,更好地推进素质教育;学校积极利用社区资源,让学生走进社区,参加各类公益活动。学校利用新三好学生的评比,推进学校、家庭和社区对学生的综合评价。学校、家庭、社区三者齐心协力,互帮互助,互惠互利的益友制关系,很好地提高了办学质量。
In recent years, Baoshan District Experimental Primary School in Shanghai studied Tao Xingzhi’s thought, giving new meaning to Yiyou system and focusing on creating the characteristics of moral education in schools. One of the focuses is to invite parents to participate in all activities of the school sincerely. Parents experience a variety of activities in close proximity to schools so as to make the relationship between parents and schools and teachers more harmonious. For parents with good qualifications, parents should understand the curriculum and enter the classroom Activities to better promote quality education; schools make active use of community resources for students to enter the community and participate in various public welfare activities. The school makes use of the appraisal ratio of the new students to promote the comprehensive evaluation of students in schools, families and communities. Schools, families and communities make concerted efforts to help each other and benefit mutually beneficial relations with friends and beneficiaries, which has greatly improved the quality of running schools.
