目的:利用医院信息管理系统及时对医院临床用药进行分析与评价,并对抗菌药物的使用进行管理,减少不合理用药现象发生。方法:利用医院信息系统中的合理用药软件、抗菌药物管理系统、临床路径管理系统、处方点评与分析等功能模块对临床使用药品过程进行实施监控,及时拦截不合理用药,提高合理用药管理水平。结果与结论:医院信管理息系统能及时的进行抗菌药物临床使用的管理工作,能及时进行处方点评与分析,能及时干预不合理用药。医院信息管理系统能帮助医院提高合理用药的工作水平与质量。
OBJECTIVE: To make use of hospital information management system to analyze and evaluate the clinical medication in hospital in time and to manage the use of antibacterial drugs to reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use. Methods: To monitor the clinical use of pharmaceuticals through the rational use of medication software, antimicrobial drug management system, clinical path management system, prescription review and analysis in hospital information system to intercept unreasonable medication in time and improve the rational administration of medication. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The hospital information management and information management system can manage the clinical use of antibacterials in time, review and analyze the prescriptions promptly, and timely intervention in irrational use of drugs. Hospital information management system can help hospitals to improve the level of work and quality of rational drug use.
