党的十八大报告从国家、社会、个人三个层面对培育和践行社会主义核心价值观进行了崭新的阐述:“倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐,倡导自由、平等、公正、法治,倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善,积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。”它充分体现社会主义的价值本质。十八届三中全会中习近平总书记特别强调社会主义核心价值观是引领社会进步的重要精神力量。因此,如何培育社会主义核心价值观成为一个重要的时代命题。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a brand-new exposition of nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism from the three levels of the state, society and individuality: “Advocating prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony, advocating freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, Advocacy patriotism, dedication, honesty, friendship, and actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values. ”" It fully reflects the nature of the value of socialism. In the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping particularly emphasized that the core values of socialism are an important spiritual force that leads social progress. Therefore, how to cultivate the socialist core values has become an important proposition of the times.
