困难职工的生产保障是社会处于改革和产业结构调整制度下不可避免出现的问题,需要解决这个难点,就必须要从该问题形成的原因进行全面的分析,然后根据该问题的现状再提出适当的解决方法。本文主要针对企业困难职工形成的原因进行分析,并就目前的形势下如何加强困难职工生产保障的策略提出了几点建议,希望有助于城镇困难职工生产保障工作的借鉴和参考。
