施工质量控制是保障建筑工程施工效益和工程质量的关键,其控制力度直接关系着工程项目的经济效益与人民生命财产安全。就一般工程项目而言,在施工的过程中,加强施工质量控制主要表现在对施工准备阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段等环节进行合理控制,对于这些环节进行全面的管理与控制是实现系统的管理控制的主要途径,也是保障工程项目效益的核心。本文就建筑工程施工各环节的质量控制分析,详细的阐述了相应的控制要点和概念。
Construction quality control is the key to ensure the construction project construction efficiency and project quality. Its control is directly related to the project project’s economic benefits and people’s lives and property safety. For general engineering projects, during the construction process, strengthening the construction quality control is mainly reflected in the reasonable control of the construction preparation phase, construction phase and completion phase and other aspects. The overall management and control of these links is to achieve system management. The main approach to control is also the core of safeguarding project benefits. This article analyzes the quality control of all aspects of construction engineering and elaborates the corresponding control points and concepts.
