大流量的水射流已广泛用于消防领域。试验证明,对于一个喷咀有一个最合适的喷射压力,超过该压力,虽然流量有所增加,但射流中相当一部分水以雾化的形式沿着喷射方向散落,从而降低了喷射效率。所以设计合理结构的喷咀,可以提高消防喷射器的喷射效率。 本文要介绍各种不同流道剖面的喷咀及所得到的射流特性。 图1中1~10号喷咀是列举试验喷咀的剖面形状。内壁涂有含金属的环氧树脂,表面光洁度较高。
Large flow of water jet has been widely used in the field of fire. Experiments have shown that there is a suitable injection pressure for a nozzle beyond which, although the flow rate is increased, a considerable portion of the water in the jet falls in the spray direction in the form of atomization, thereby reducing the ejection efficiency. Therefore, the design of a reasonable structure of the nozzle, you can improve the fire jet injection efficiency.
