七十年代以来，新技术革命，尤其是信息技术的发展，使世界经济发生了根本性的变化。随着科技的进步，一个以知识为基础的经济———“知识经济”时代已经来临。面对机遇和挑战，我国必须大力发展高科技产业，实现技术升级和经济结构调整。创新企业高成长、高风险、高回报的特征，使发展风险投资产业成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文在借鉴国外经验的基础上，分析我国风险投资业现状，并提出政策建议
Since the 1970s, the new technological revolution, especially the development of information technology, has brought about fundamental changes in the world economy. With the advancement of science and technology, a knowledge-based economy --- an era of “knowledge economy” has arrived. In the face of opportunities and challenges, China must vigorously develop high-tech industries and achieve technological upgrading and economic restructuring. The characteristics of high growth, high risk and high return of innovative enterprises have made the development of venture capital industry an urgent issue. Based on the experience of foreign countries, this paper analyzes the current situation of venture capital industry in our country and puts forward some suggestions
