震旦女子文理学院是天主教在中国设立的唯一女子大学,很长一段时间内是上海唯一的一所综合性女子大学,1937年10月开学至1951年9月并入震旦大学的十四年间,培养毕业生395名,学生千余名,在中国女子教会大学史和上海教育史上具有重要意义。然而,在以往的上海地方史料中,震旦女大的进步活动鲜有涉及。本文旨在梳理震旦女子文理学院的进步活动,以弥中国女子教会大学史、上海教育史,以及补党史研究、学运研究中相关资料的阙如。
Aurora Women’s and Arts College is the only Catholic University in China set up the women’s college, a long period of time is the only one in Shanghai comprehensive women’s college, opened in October 1937 to September 1951 into 14 years of Aurora University , Cultivating 395 graduates and more than 1,000 students, which is of great significance in the history of the Chinese women’s church and the history of education in Shanghai. However, in the past local historical materials in Shanghai, the activities of the Astigrian women’s magnanimity rarely touched upon. The purpose of this article is to sort out the progress of the Aurora Girls’ College of Liberal Arts and to find out the lack of relevant information in the history of the Chinese Women’s Church, the history of education in Shanghai, the study of the history of Party history.
