目的:研究中药复方(ZYFF)治疗大鼠急性运动性肌肉疲劳的作用机理。方法:应用armstrong的造模方法让SD大鼠进行一次性连续下坡跑离心运动复制运动性疲劳肌肉酸痛证模型,于造模结束后24h取血测定指标。结果:中药复方能维持运动大鼠血糖(Glu)水平的恒定,能够降低大鼠血清血乳酸(BL)、肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)含量,提高大鼠血清中的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性。结论:中药复方对运动性肌肉疲劳酸痛证具有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能与增强机体对运动负荷的适应力比如维持Glu水平恒定、减少BL生成、降低血清CK、BUN含量以及增强机体的抗氧化能力比如提高血清中SOD含量有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of ZYFF in treating acute exercise-induced muscle fatigue in rats. METHODS: Using armstrong’s modeling method, Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to one-time continuous downhill running exercise to replicate the model of exercise-induced fatigue myalgia syndrome. Blood was measured 24 hours after the completion of the model. Results: The traditional Chinese medicine compound can maintain the constant blood glucose (Glu) level of exercise rats, and can reduce the blood serum lactate (BL), creatine kinase (CK) and urea nitrogen (BUN) levels, and increase the serum superoxide in rat serum. Biodegradation enzyme (SOD) activity. Conclusion: Chinese herbal compound has a certain therapeutic effect on exercise-induced muscle fatigue and soreness. Its mechanism may be related to the enhancement of the body’s adaptability to exercise load, such as maintaining a constant level of Glu, reducing BL production, decreasing serum CK and BUN levels, and enhancing body resistance. Oxidative capacity is related to, for example, increasing the SOD content in the serum.
