自1971至1981年的十一年来,平度县人民医院妇产科及全县54个公社医院施行了三种女性节育术387108例,其中女扎68438例、大小月份妊娠流产74779例、放节育环248391例。据随访普查和技术协作组鉴定,共发生并发症211例,占节育术总数的0.54%,为了更好地提高手术质量、减少差错事故及并发硅的发生,笔者对211例并发症进行了总结并与把好“五天”联系分析,以便从中吸取经验教训,利于今后开展计划生育技术工作。
